Terms and Conditions of Promotional Treatment

HIFU Eye Lift promotion only applies to new customers.

Each customer is limited to only one use of this promotion. If it has been discovered that the customer has enjoyed the promotion more than once, than they will be required to pay for the full cost of the original price of the treatment.

This promotion cannot be used in combination with other promotions at the same time, nor can it be exchanged for cash value or other gifts.

Customers must make an appointment beforehand in order to enjoy this promotion. The spa will accommodate the preferred time of appointment according to availability. Someone from the spa will get in contact to confirm the booking.

Customers are to arrive on time. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled, then customers must contact the spa with at least a 24-hours’ notice.

Customers who are under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Customers are required to show a picture ID before the treatment.

There are absolutely no hidden or additional costs to the promotional treatment. If the customer should choose additional treatments, they must pay for those treatments.

BIO Beauty Spa reserves the right to change details and/or the terms and conditions of promotions at any time, without prior notice.

In case of any disputes, BIO Beauty Spa reserves the right to a final decision.
